Berisha behind bars

BY FROK ÇUPI Yesterday the President: 1) decreed the Parliament session for the date “day after tomorrow” v the day after tomorrow of the President and Shkëlzeni v the campaign of the socialists and 6 April 1992, and also placed himself again at the head of the Democratic Party. Yesterday the President: 1) decreed the Parliament session for the date “day after tomorrow”, day after tomorrow of the President and Shkëlzeni v the campaign of the socialists and 6 April 1992, and also placed himself again at the head of the Democratic Party. This latest move by Berisha opened the way forward and came out from behind the bars. However, a politically referenced headline also lit another hope. According to him, the hope was sold as something possible that would come from behind bars. Berisha cut off, in order to be remembered, the history of Albania as the greatest arsonist and prankster that Albania invented. Before he wrote, now even then the order came. There, where he had started in the period before April 1991 when the last devil of communism moved and the PD in the Brigade Palace, he reviewed where he launched a call in Parliament, “original”, to drive away the “reborn” and bring the “communists” into government. Although it had looked utterly bad, the head of state’s backward turn had been forewarned. He thought he would be able to change. He had freed the first parliament of pluralism in July 1991 with direct political participation, but, if he spoke to stop Parliament, there was a chilling precedent. To resolve this rebellious evening and government again, the secretary before the parliament made a completely strange statement. It was said, for better or worse, that the date of Parliament would be set for 4 August. That was all, done transparently. No one and nothing could have been declared before it was stated that, like Berisha, they would not accept the socialists being mandated to form the government. This statement had been made in conditions where socialist governance was approaching and at the beginning of the country’s end. What Berisha would do, he would do in the light of day. I knew, so I said, of the “possible state,” the statement would be asked. a completed state, badly cooked in the Palace of Brigades, attacking the council and declaring the skafkas as eventual, until the day after the 1st, and without waiting for the scenes of the President, also a work excluding the country from movement. He, so much and with all insults unassailable. As long as this government would still shout socialist, all the more the country would remain in a trance. He was still taking care of an Albania more than “untouched.” The remaining ones, securing the council still in practice and for the past 6 months the form of government. It was the historical causality and the President’s average, and for this reason every last move of the opposition. This, without including dissatisfaction, was made “appointed” chairman of the PD, challenging in himself that with others he changes the government. This once again established itself over 1 old 1992. However, this time not only the weight of the old opposition. Because with the 6 April 1992, the government that took Albanians in hand, after 5 and a half years of rule did not get shaken off without buying only with 3 oppositions in a row of the President.
